1.WHY do I want to lose weight?

If the main reason is your looks, you might have a tendency to starve yourself to get quick results. But as it was previously emphasized, this strategy is completely uneffective. Not only will you not lose weight – you might actually gain more than before, as your body will try to compensate for the starving period. The only way to lose weight right is to do it with your health in mind. If you realize how much harm you cause your body by stuffing yourself with fast foods and sweets, you will be much more determined to keep the diet and exercise more.

2. HOW do I want to lose weight?

Losing weight can be a long and challenging process BUT it can also be enjoyable. As long as you find a healthy balance between foods that you can eat on a regular basis (fruits, vegetables, foods rich in fiber and protein) and foods that you should limit or eliminate (sweets, fatty foods), you will be surprised how fast you start to notice the difference in the way your body looks!
